Product Grading Guide

 
Grade A:

Our Grade A back covers are in “new from factory” condition or “Like new from factory” condition. Only imperfections are ones that came from the factory.

Grade B:
Back cover is fully functional . Back cover may have tiny scratches or other blemishes. These blemishes are small and often only perceivable upon close inspection. The amount of cosmetic blemishes is minimal and generally only on a small portion of the back cover.

Grade C:

Back cover is tested and is fully functional. Product may have deep scratches, small cracks, and discoloration. Rubber pieces and stickers may be damaged or missing. There are more cosmetic blemishes than a Grade B product and blemishes are significantly more visible.

Grade A:
Bottom covers are in “new from factory” condition or “Like new from factory” condition. There are virtually no cosmetic blemishes on the back cover. All rubber feet are present (unless sold separately). All stickers are present and in good condition.

Grade B:

Bottom cover is fully functional . Bottom cover may have small scratches or other small blemishes. These blemishes are small and often only perceivable upon close inspection. Rubber feet are present (unless sold separately) but may be discolored or ripped. Stickers are present but may show small signs of damage.

Grade C:

Bottom Cover is fully functional. Bottom cover may have deep scratches, small cracks, and discoloration. There are more cosmetic blemishes than a Grade B bottom cover and blemishes are significantly more visible. Rubber feet may be missing or damaged. Stickers may be missing or damaged.

Grade A:

Palmrests are in “new from factory” condition or “Like new from factory” condition. There are virtually no cosmetic blemishes on the Palmrest.

Grade B:
Palmrests are tested and are fully functional. All keys are present. Palmrest may have very minor scratches. Some keys may small have signs of wear such as scratches or keycap wear. These blemishes are small and often only perceivable upon very close inspection. The amount of cosmetic blemishes is minimal and generally only on a small portion of the palmrest or on a small number of keys.

Grade C:

Palmrests are tested and is fully functional. All keys are present. Palmrest may have deep scratches, small cracks, and discoloration. Keys may have significant scratches and keycap wear. There are more cosmetic blemishes than a Grade B product and blemishes are significantly more visible.

Grade B:

Bezels are fully functional . Bezel may have very minor cosmetic blemishes such as scratches. Rubber pieces are present, they may have small imperfections such as breaks or discoloration. These blemishes are small and often only perceivable upon very close inspection. The amount of cosmetic blemishes is minimal and generally only on a small portion of the bezel.

Grade C:

Bezels are fully functional. Bezels may have deep scratches, small cracks, and discoloration. Rubber pieces may be damaged or missing. There are more cosmetic blemishes than a Grade B bezel and blemishes are significantly more visible.
