In the course of our growth, ChromebookParts.com has acquired eduPARTS and all its assets. This process includes adding their existing inventory to our already massive selection of parts, as well as the opportunity to serve all eduPARTs schools and businesses.
Where Did My eduPARTS Rep Go?
While some of their staff have moved on to other pursuits, others have also joined our team! If you haven’t been contacted by your rep yet, feel free to reach out to our customer service team and they will put you in touch.
Will The Service Be The Same?
We’ve reviewed eduPARTS processes and combined them with our own to make your experience even better! ChromebookParts.com now has more staff to support you and larger parts selection which means quicker responses and a speedier turnaround time in receiving the products you need.

I have an invoice, who do I pay?
If you received an invoice from eduPARTS, you may pay per your original payment agreement to eduPARTS. For any orders placed after 1/30/2024, we would ask that PO and payment is made to ChromebookParts.com.
I have a PO to eduPARTS, what do I do?
In an effort to make your purchase experience as convenient as possible, we will honor all POs and ship the products from CBP. For all eduPARTS POs placed before 1/30/24 please remit payment to eduPARTS as usual. Please contact us with any relevant accounting information.
Can I still use eduPARTS website to place orders?
Starting 1/30/24 the eduPARTS website will be redirected to ChromebookParts.com. ChromebookParts.com will honor all terms and payment arrangements previously agreed to by eduPARTS. Please feel free to use the ChromebookParts.com website and order process in the same manner you’re accustomed to with eduPARTS. While updating our systems, ChromebookParts will honor any advertised eduPARTS price or quote for 30 days. Integrating our website pricing systems will take some time, in the interim please feel free to contact our sales team directly with any advertised price or quote previously offered from eduPARTS.
Can I still access my eduPARTS account?
Unfortunately, customer accounts will be inactive as we migrate to our new system. During that time please feel free to create a new account on ChromebookParts.com, and when data migration between the two sites is complete a customer account creation request will be sent.
